    9. A word about banner file preparation

    Banners should be setup using a professional grade software such as Indesign, Illustrator, Corel Draw, etc. These programs provide all of the tools to properly setup a banner file.

    Please follow these steps for the best quality and prevent production delays and increased cost.
    1) Start by making the document the exact size of your banner.
    2) Make sure all images are 300 dpi at the exact size needed for the banner. DON"T TRY TO SIMPLY ENLARGE A SMALL IMAGE TO BANNER SIZE.
    3) Make sure all fonts are converted to outlines.
    4) Acceptable files types are PDF, EPS, TIFF, or jpg and must all be high resolution.
